After retiring from the corporate world of real estate association management, I finally found the time and energy to write. Besides writing, I enjoy playing music as part of a quartet, including guitar, flute, autoharp, African drums, and vocals. We facilitate group experiences of prayer and positive intentions set to music that have been known (so I’m told) to joyfully open hearts with music.

Being quite ordinary, I certainly don’t see myself as any type of guru! I’m just another person on the path of spiritual growth who has been lifted up from the depths of despair and active addiction to the heights of clean and sober living in recovery.
