Born in Pakistan and raised in Kuwait, Rana Tahir earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Writing from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. While finishing her MFA thesis, she wrote her first book published by Cavendish Square Publishing. Her second book is forthcoming from ChooseCo LLC. She is a current Kundiman Fellow. She currently resides in Oregon, still teaching and writing.
