Manal Younus



Manal Younus is an Australian-based storyteller from Eritrea whose work explores themes of identity and perseverance. Manal has performed around the country, including at the Sydney Opera House, and presented in many forums, including at the TEDxAdelaide conference, the Adelaide Festival of Ideas, the National Multicultural Women’s Conference and George Town Literary Festival in Malaysia. She facilitates workshops for schools, and has appeared on the ABC’s Q&A. Her book is Reap (2015).
