1984年生，新竹人；畢業於臺東大學語教系、新竹高中。曾任國小教師、舞者、鼓手，致力於詞曲創作、文學創作，及寫作教學。

獲頒新竹縣「閱讀寫作指導暨投稿」榮譽狀。
台大ICLP華語師資、中華文學經典創意學會研習結訓、亞太創作藝術推廣協會寫作師資

得獎紀錄：全國客語童詩大賽、聯合文學徵文、新竹縣兒童文學獎、新竹市客語文學獎

「北縣客家歌曲創作」首獎、多次入圍金曲獎、創作歌曲納入國家圖書館館藏
