　　人力资源和社会保障部出台加强技工院校劳动教育实施意见

　　新华社北京4月30日电(记者王优玲)人力资源和社会保障部近日印发《关于加强技工院校劳动教育的实施意见》，推进构建德智体美劳全面培养的技工教育体系。

　　意见提出，要结合技工教育特点构建技工院校劳动教育体系。要优化劳动教育课程设置，在技工院校增设劳动教育公共课必修课程。依托校企合作实习实训开展劳动教育，以实习实训课为主要载体开展劳动教育，强化校企协同育人。

　　意见强调，强化劳动教育时代特征，突出“高、精、尖、缺”导向，培养急需紧缺技能人才，实现产业、职业、专业与就业创业联动发展。大力开展职业技能竞赛交流活动，把职业技能竞赛打造成劳动教育重要载体。统筹开展校内校外劳动教育，将劳动教育融入技工院校日常教学工作。
