Dr. Corr is Professor emeritus, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, former Chairperson of the International Work Group on Death, Dying, and Bereavement (IWG), a long-time member of the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC), Senior Editor of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization's Pediatric e-Journal, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Hospice Institute. Dr. Corr's work as an educator and writer has been honored by numerous awards including Lifetime Achievement awards from IWG and ADEC.
