Preschool Art Quilt Completed

I've spent my limited sewing time over the past few months completing this quilt. I was commissioned by my son's preschool to put assemble this quilt from fabric printed with art the kids in the 2 day class (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old) created. The completed quilt will be auctioned off at the school's silent auction fundraiser in May.

“But when I clicked over to my e-mail program, it was just another “great opportunity” spam, this time adding the words “don’t delete!” to the subject line. With a sense of perverse satisfaction, I deleted it. It was probably the only act of rebellion I’d get away with all day.”

“The small double bed was neatly made, covered (as always) in a wedding-ring quilt made by Pasquale’s mother and aunts and given to the young couple as a present upon their marriage.”
