I am a training consultant with a passion for seeing people develop their skills and grow their confidence so that they can fulfil their potential at work and grow their businesses. I set up Flourishing People in 2001 and specialise in providing business, governance, management and leadership skills training for businesses in the Early Years and Childcare sector. This support is tailor-made to build the competence and confidence of owners, managers, governors and committee members within the sector. Building Your Early Years Business is my first book and pulls together may of the tools and techniques that i have shared with people attending my face to face courses. I hope you enjoy it.
