Kalen Bruce is a financial coach, author, and US airman. He is the founder of Freedom Sprout, a project to cultivate financial freedom for future generations. He has a mission to raise a generation of children who are financially literate and help others do the same. Kalen has been writing in the finance and productivity world since 2013. His work has been featured on Yahoo! Finance, CNN Money, The Globe and Mail, The Penny Hoarder, and WiseBread, among major other online publications and magazines. He holds a BA in Finance, but admits he’s learned more from books than any degree. He has been married to his wife, Tiffany, since 2005. They have five children, and currently live in and travel through Europe regularly.
