Kay Blue is a retired community college Developmental English professor. She grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin. As part of a two-career marriage, Kay has lived and taught in many different states: Minnesota, Texas, Ohio, and South Carolina. She currently resides with her husband in Florida. She has just completed her first novel.

I've had some readers ask me where my ideas for The Decoration Day Committee came from. As noted, the book is dedicated to the women of my mother's generation who lived through WWII as young adults.
