Samia Rahman

Having worked in the electronic media industry for the last sixteen years, Samia Rahman has fostered the leading media organizations along with the first terrestrial private TV channel in Bangladesh.

Samia has written five books on the topic of electronic media available in the Bengali language. As well, she has been a popular columnist, book editor and critical political analyst who also published over a dozen scientific research articles.

She is recognized as one of the top media personality in Bangladesh and is the head of current affairs in a private TV channel. Samia is a two-times gold medal winner from the University of Dhaka, Faculty of Mass Communication and Journalism, where she works as an Associate Professor.
