Lucky you! Your HR focus is my favorite area of the practice. I own an HR consulting firm and help companies become and stay compliant with federal and local employment laws. We do a lot of employment policy manual and forms development and related training. I also specialize in helping companies set up their drug and alcohol testing programs. Been doing this for 16 years and love it!BTW - your kitty is adorable.
