Gods and goddesses venerated in Vanatru include Njord, Freya, Frey, Nerthus, Ullr, Frodi, and so forth. Since the Æsir are considered gods of order, war, civilization, and justice, and the Vanir are considered the gods of nature, those who are drawn to Vanatru tend to be more earth-centric. This is the key difference between the two practices.
