“For me, writing is about expression. About feeling something. So many of us feel trapped within our own heads, unable to tell others what we feel, or even that we feel. Writing, for me, fixes this. The problem you encounter after finding your voice is finding the ones who want to listen.”
J.A. Bullen

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”
Maya Angelou, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

“If you want to be a writer, you must do two things above all others: read a lot and write a lot.”
Stephen King

“Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten.”
Neil Gaiman, Coraline

“I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes...you're Doing Something.”
Neil Gaiman

“For me, writing is about expression. About feeling something. So many of us feel trapped within our own heads, unable to tell others what we feel, or even that we feel. Writing, for me, fixes this. The problem you encounter after finding your voice is finding the ones who want to listen.”
