Hussam Atef Elkhatib, PhD, is a researcher and cultural critic whose work explores the intersections of psychology, morality, language, and identity. Through concise and reflective writing, he challenges assumptions and invites readers to think more deeply.

Having lived across numerous countries, he considers himself a son of the world—identifying with all people and writing as a form of inspired expression. For him, authorship is not a pursuit but a calling, a blessing that flows from within.

A poet and thinker, he merges passion with intellect, emotion with pragmatism, and draws constant inspiration from a spiritual life uniquely his own. His academic background includes a B.S. in Occupational Education, an MBA, and a PhD in Business Admini

I tried to skip answering this question, but could not do it to save my life. It keeps popping up on my profile.

To make a long story short, or rather a bit more interesting, mystery is really a mystery, as in nothing that should be announced, right? It is something that no one knows. But if we were to dig a little deeper into it, then everyone's entire life story can be a mystery. We may also take bits and pieces from that life and turn each piece into a mystery of its own.

What's mysterious are the reasons that provoke someone to do what they do. It is not what they do that's interesting, but the story behind what made them do it. Therefore, the mystery is in how someone looks at things, I thought.

Looking at the phenomenon that way, everyone's life is a mystery that could be a plot for a book. At least, that's how a politician would answer this question, wouldn't you think? Ouch.. I hope you didn't think my answer was a spoiler, did you?

Thank you for your time, seriously. I think I'll love being on goodreads, and I do appreciate it already. Best regards to all, and God bless!(less)

Behind the Glare by Hussam Atef Elkhatib
“The logic is simple: sexualize the woman, associate her image with the product, create a desire that’s emotional, not logical.”

Take a break, listen to music, do something to try to shake the block loose. Sit down and start writing about being blocked, what I'd like to write, and why I can't. This usually at least gets me going.

Orient Thank you for the friendvite :)

Hussam Elkhatib You write, you think. You share who you are. Whether it’s an inspiration you had or a research you have conducted, you contributed to humanity with some type of knowledge. On the other hand, you read, you learn. You share what writers thought. You contribute to humanity by enriching your spirit and character. It’s all about knowledge. That’s what people have in common: thoughts. They share it on papers, in media and through their actions. Let’s share what’s good for all regardless of race, color, religion or national origin. People are innately good, so God has said and in him we trust. Let’s care about one another and put all evil aside. Life can be good only if we make it. You know we can, right? Just a glimpse I wanted to share. Thank you for reading. Peace out and God bless!
