Rebecca L. Waterman was born in the UK, growing up close to the coast in the beautiful county of Cornwall. Now something of a global traveller, she has lived for some years in the African nations of Uganda and Liberia with her husband, David, an engineer working with Mission Aviation Fellowship, the world’s largest humanitarian airline.

Alongside her love of the written word, Waterman loves to travel and gain understanding of different cultures and ideas. She plays the occasional video game, and enjoys relaxing in front of a movie in her free time.

A Year in the Life of Jack Meadows, the debut novel of R. L. Waterman, was published in 2017.
