He was Born in 1962. He has graduated from Ankara University’s Political Science Faculty. He also completed his postgraduate studies in management in 1992 at the same university.

He has been interested in specializing on Turkish football economy since 2000.

He has been working in the financial sectors as manager since 1989 in Turkey. He has also been researching the economic, financial, administrative and social dimension of football since 2000. He is a well known football economist in Turkey and has five published books in Turkish and many academic articles about similar issues on the web and in the newspapers.
