Caroline Waight



Caroline Waight is a literary translator with nearly a decade of experience in the industry, working from Danish and German. She translates both fiction and non-fiction, with recent publications including The Chestnut Man by Søren Sveistrup (Michael Joseph, 2019), A Short History of Humanity by Johannes Krause and Thomas Trappe (Penguin Random House, 2021) and Agatha by Anne Cathrine Bomann (Sceptre, 2019). She was the 2014 winner of the Goethe-Institut Award for New Translation.
