S. J. Bass was born in Long Island, New York during August of 1979. Traveling the world as an adult, he hitchhiked aboard multiple sailboats along the Pacific coast of Mexico and throughout the Caribbean. He received a B.S. at the University of Oregon in 2018 by studying journalism, creative writing and history. S. J. Bass grew up loving science fiction and fantasy, with a heavy focus on unabridged classic works, Shakespeare, dystopian fiction, dream interpretation and astrophysics.

So far he escaped death nine times, including a knifing in Venezuela. Even a head-on collision with a semi-truck couldn't kill him. Since you know he wrote this himself, hey reader, I hope you enjoy my future and past stories.

I’ve Been TRAVELING!

I’m now living in Thailand! I’m working to finish several books out here and a few short stories. Two books will follow my cyberpunk universe that I created years ago. The short story I hope to finish soon (in the editing phase) is surreal and psychedelic.
