Jess is an author, teacher and researcher of twentysomethings and vocation. She cares deeply about living faithfully with hope, meaning and purpose and helping others to do the same.

Jess has spent her career working in higher education in both student development and athletics. She co-directs the Vocation in College Project, a multi-phased research project studying college students and calling and teaches on vocation and professional development.
