Aleix Ortuño se dedica a jugar y a escribir. En 2011 publicó la antología de cuentos Cent cinquanta videojocs per a Playstation 3 y en 2017 la novela de fantasía épica El Paradís Mort, coescrita con su hermano Arnau. Los últimos años ha estado trabajando en BeautiFun Games, donde ha sido el guionista y diseñador de juego de Professor Lupo and his Horrible Pets, un título de puzles para Switch y Steam.

Aleix vive en Barcelona con su mujer y su hijo Ulisses.
