“To live a bigger life, you need to learn how to be a bigger human being.”
Matt Faircloth, Raising Private Capital: Building Your Real Estate Empire Using Other People's Money

“Whether you find value from a book, a course, therapy, or everyday experiences, the key is to be incredibly aware of yourself. You need to become obsessed with continuously assessing what is working and what is not working. Never settle for average or the status quo. Commit yourself to becoming the best version of yourself, and you will find more and more private money partners who will want to work with you.”
Matt Faircloth, Raising Private Capital: Building Your Real Estate Empire Using Other People's Money

It should powerfully state who you are, where you have been, what you bring to the table, and where you want to go.
