Adrián Macho je slovenský ilustrátor, grafik a dizajnér.

Narodil sa 27. júna 1982 v obci Smrdáky na Záhorí. Študoval na strednej škole v Modre odbor umeleckej keramiky. Dlhé roky pracoval ako grafický dizajnér v rôznych reklamných agentúrach, naposledy na voľnej nohe. Jeho talent skutočne vystúpil do popredia, keď začal pracovať ako ilustrátor, keď začal ilustrovať knihy pre deti, napr. pre Mira Jaroša, alebo Zvieratká z abecedy od Ivony Ďuričovej. Viaceré detské knihy s Machovými ilustráciami sa stali na Slovensku bestsellermi a sú čitateľmi vysoko hodnotené.

Jeho knižný debut Gerda – Príbeh veľryby dosiaľ vyšiel zatiaľ v 10 jazykoch. V roku 2019 získala v Prahe ocenenie Detská kniha roka, jej pokračovanie získalo 2. miesto.[
