Ms. Katie wrote her first book at age 9 and has been writing ever since. After getting her degree in writing from the University of Michigan - Flint, she got a grown-up job as a professional writer. As a day job, it’s fine, but the fantastical is always calling.
Ms. Katie is currently working on three book series for kids: Swim the Stars, Adventures in Gaeldor, and The Humbuggery Squad.
Ms. Katie lives in Michigan with her husband and son, serving as food lady to their cat, The Darkness.
