My journey from client to holistic therapist, clinic owner and business coach has spanned twenty years. It has been an interesting path; having to learn the practicalities of running a business combined with a lot of personal self-discovery. I used to look in the mirror and see a shy, self-conscious woman struggling with chronic health issues and no idea what she wanted to do with her life.
