Tanja Spasojević (Simeunović) je rođena 25. marta 1987. godine u Doboju, gdje je i završila osnovnu i srednju školu. Diplomirala je 2009. godine na Filološkom fakultetu u Banjaluci, na odsjeku za Engleski jezik i književnost. Master studije iz engleske književnosti je završila 2019. godine na Filozofskom fakultetu u Novom Sadu. Na društvenim mrežama naći ćete je pod pseudonimom Belle the Ripper.
