Ari Snaevarsson is a PN-certified nutritionist who works with many clients suffering from disordered eating patterns. He is also a dietetic technician and counselor at a residential eating disorder treatment center.

His book "100 Days of Food Freedom" is the most comprehensive and easily implemented guide to recovery from one's eating disorder. It is based off Ari's experience recovering from his own Binge Eating Disorder after competing in multiple bodybuilding shows.
