David served as a medic with the 101st. Airborne Division in Vietnam. His career spanned thirty-five years as a social worker and therapist. Now living in Tucson, he writes and hikes the Sonoran Desert. He has published two novels - Running In, Walking Out, and The Unusual Man. His newest book published in 2022, is entitled Cardboard Heroes. His writing has also appeared in Monsoon Madness, from the Oro Valley Writers Forum Anthology, Running Wild Press, and The Pointed Circle. He is a member of the Society of Southwestern Authors.
