“Are you more head-strong or heart-strong? It’s an important question. In another coaching call recently, I was asked to define the difference between head-strong and heart-strong. After fumbling around a moment, I suggested a head-strong leader approaches challenges with a cocky attitude of “I’ve got this!” By contrast, the heart-strong leader lives and leads with the humble conviction, “God’s got this!” Bravado is head up; boldness is heart up. Bravado is haughty; boldness is humble. Goliath had bravado; David had boldness.”
