Adam Cain was born on the Wild Coast of South Africa. He is an accomplished writer, director, playwright, composer and lyricist. He has climbed the highest peaks in the Drakensberg and Amatola Mountain ranges and has white-water rafted down the Orange River. A former lifeguard, triathlete, open water swimmer and adventure racer, he is an adrenalin-junkie at heart. Not to be outdone by his adventure-loving sons, he has abseiled, skad-fallen, bungee-jumped, hiked extensively throughout South Africa and braved a tandem-jump from an aeroplane. He has also swum with the sharks of humanity and survived.
