Christopher was born in Atlanta, Georgia to parents Chrystal and Lenny. As he grew, he developed a love for storytelling expressed through various forms of media. Though this love initially took root through films and American comics, both in paper and animated, this love eventually crossed over into the world of manga and anime.

What started with Rurouni Kenshin, became deeper with Black Lagoon, and full on grabbed him with Bleach, eventually led Chris to realize he wanted to develop stories with these aesthetics in mind.
