Neil Scott Siegel, J.D. (Berkeley Law, 2001; Ph.D., Jurisprudence and Social Policy, University of California, Berkeley, 2001; M.A., Economics, Duke University, 1995; B.A., Economics and Political Science, Duke U., 1994), is David W. Ichel Professor of Law and Professor of Political Science, Duke Law School, where he also serves as director of the Summer Institute on Law and Policy.

During the October 2003 term, he clerked for Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the U.S. Supreme Court.
