Maude Bass-Krueger

Maude Bass-Krueger is a Professor of Art History at Ghent University, with a research focus on visual and material culture, particularly in fashion and architecture from the long nineteenth century. She earned her BA and MA in History from Wesleyan University and Sciences-Po Paris, respectively, and completed her PhD at the Bard Graduate Center in 2016. Bass-Krueger has curated several exhibitions and co-founded Revers, a Belgian interdisciplinary fashion research network.
