JOHN D. MOORE was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1983. He holds an MA in East Asian Languages and Literatures from the University of Oregon, specializing in Japanese popular culture. He is the co-writer and director of the feature film Legends of Minigolf: The Flamingo’s Challenge and the designer of nearly one hundred videogames. He currently lives in Baltimore, Maryland, with his partner and two tuxedo cats.
