is 47% done with The Shining: I’ve been looking for a comparison that makes sense.
Having a man inside a gothic house changes the trope completely. It’s… interesting albeit I’m not sure how to decipher it. I don’t want to oversimplify King’s concept though. In any case the book has been a quick read. So far, I’m loving it.
