David López Canales (Madrid, 1980) es periodista. Tras haber pasado por diversas redacciones de periódicos y revistas, la última la de Vanity Fair, donde fue jefe de Actualidad y en cuyas páginas escribió por primera vez sobre Monzer Al Kassar, ahora colabora como freelance para diferentes publicaciones en todo el mundo. Durante los últimos años ha publicado en medios como El Mundo, El País, El País Semanal, Gatopardo o Newsweek, entre otros muchos.

Adora las buenas historias, ya sean sus protagonistas criminales internacionales, como en El traficante ─el primer libro que publica─, personas anónimas o artistas flamencos.
