Meg Wilson was born in Boston and educated in Maine. She and her husband, a brain surgeon, raised five children and divide their time between Maine and Florida.

Mourning Dove, earned semi-finalist status in the 2012 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award competition, finishing in the top 50 of 5,000 novels entered worldwide.

Meg is also author of Crappy New Year, a coming-of-age novel for younger teens, also available on Amazon. She won the 2017 Maine Literary Award for short nonfiction for an essay entitled "Little Runaway." ...more
