Medha Narwani is an ex-economist from the banking and finance sector in London. More than a decade ago, she made contact with yogis and masters in India, and was drawn to the mystical world of spirituality. To attain a deeper understanding of yoga, she studied Vedanta, mindfulness, yoga philosophy, and trained under a humble master in Jnana Yoga (the path of knowledge). Mystic Road Warrior is her debut novel.
