Laura-Beth Ketterer was born in Lafayette, Indiana in 1983 and moved to Indianapolis when she was four years old. Growing up in the Midwest, she spent a lot of time playing outside with her two brothers Matt and Paul aka Pablo. After high school, she joined the Army and spent time on active duty in South Carolina, Arizona, California and Texas. During her time in the military, she not only learned basic survival skills and resilience but also made friends from all parts of the country. After leaving the military, she went on to achieve both her bachelor's degree and her master's degree in English. She currently lives in Seattle with her husband. ...more
