I am a doctor who wants to help you achieve longevity by finding ways to improve your wellbeing today, and I believe that it is never too late or early to make changes to enjoy better health.

I completed a medical degree at the University of Melbourne, graduating with honours, and have completed specialist training through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians with a focus on geriatric medicine. I founded ElderHealth Australia to provide specialist clinical services to older Australians, and more recently founded Project Three Six Twelve, an online provider of exercise programs designed for the health and well-being of women in their 40s and beyond.
