Jen Holman struggles with many things, but storytelling has always come naturally.
She has published six fiction novels under pen name Jen Crane, one of which won a Rosemary award for excellence in young adult fiction. Another was an Amazon Best Seller.

Jen writes grants, too, and during COVID published a children's picture book with award-winning artist Cary Smith and microbiologist and epidemiologist Kristy Bondurant, PhD, MPH that delicately reveals to children how viruses spread, what "pandemic" means, and what they can do to help.

Jen served as press secretary for a U.S. Congressman for several years, and as director of an adult literacy program. She has a master’s degree from UALR.

Parenting is hard. Who knew?! Whether you’re just learning to support your newborn’s drowsy little head, redirecting toddler tantrums, or searching for serenity during teenage years, children are constant and ever-changing challenges.
