Paul Emery started writing on the NFL (UK) forums as an NFL Draft writer. He then wrote for the British website the Football Diner, before achieving success in the Huddle Report's Top 100 contest (tied former NFL GM Mike Mayock in 2013 and 2014) and in the 2014 Mock Draft contest, which earned him the chance to write for the Huddle Report's sister site NFL Draft Line. His five year average in the Top 100 contest saw him rank fourth - above NFL Draft luminaries Mike Mayock, Mel Kiper Jr. and Todd McShay.

In the off season of 2014, Paul decided to pen the novel "Ten", one of his other loves Sci-Fi being the focus, but still managing to incorporate a little football into the story. He has gone on to write six further novels, the WWI tribute "Fr ...more

I suppose many people say they will write a book one day and I was one of them. After an idea bouncing around in my mind for a few years, I started to put a little meat on the bones, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2014 that I actually started writing.
