In addition to creating and sharing content on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and blogging for her website, Athena has written for Astrology.com, Watkins Wisdom, Kindred Spirit, Spirituality & Health, Soul & Spirit, and numerous publications in the US and UK, been featured on award-winning podcasts and radio shows, and teaches to both an online community and in person in Los Angeles and returning to the Mind Body Spirit Wellness Festival in London for 2022. She performs Reiki healing locally at Westwood Clinic in Los Angeles, teaches online to students near and far, hosts regular local Energy Healing Goddess Circles and workshops, and reaches people around the globe via distance healing.

Athena has an innate understanding and deep passion for healing through divine love and universal energy and for sharing her gifts with others so they may heal themselves. She is a Certified Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master, and Chakra healer. She uses her expansive knowledge of Crystals to heal and balance the chakras and to infuse Reiki energy with Crystal energy for powerful, life-changing healing.
