Marie Ruggles is a clinical nutritionist with a Master's Degree from Columbia University in Nutrition and Public Health where she started her career in research. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator, is certified in essential oil safety and has 40 years of experience in the wellness arena.

Marie is the recipient of national awards for her nutrition education publications and lectures internationally on the safe use of essential oils for everyday wellness challenges.

She hopes to inspire others to take responsibility for their personal wellness by applying the findings of cutting-edge nutrition research. Marie also advises medical practitioners who are looking to transform their eating habits to align better with the philosophy of their integrative clinical practices.
