Isabel Parkinson is a Yorkshire lass who began her writing career at aged four with a book about the epic adventures of her cats Sugar and Spice. She spent four years studying German and Philosophy at Oxford University, where she also devoted a lot of time to collecting anecdotes for her first novel ETIQUETTE.

Isabel lives in Yorkshire with a Border Collie and an assortment of cats. She enjoys cooking, long walks, and large G&Ts.
