Why I Wrote Saving Porterville

I wrote this book because opioids and Fentanyl addiction kills our friends and loved ones and needlessly ruins lives.

I live in south Florida but have family members who reside in a small town and its environs in Ohio. After many family reports of deaths, i.e. young men being found dead at stoplights behind the wheels of their cars and under other conditions, I pondered what one person could do.
