Wendy Demer "Honestly, your book is amazing. For adults too! Laura B.

"Everyone, (young and old), can take away from Wendy's book. Mindfulness is one for me - as well as remembering to be grateful. Her conversational writing style made what could be a pretty dry topic (in my opinion) really quite interesting and unpretentious." Mike F.

"Although this book was written to provide aid to caregivers to help youth to cope with stress and anxiety, I as an adult found it a powerful tool to bring my erratic thoughts and feelings back into perspective." Joan W.
