David Sclar is an experienced general counsel and in-house lawyer and the author of the bestseller, Workplace Strategies for Technology Lawyers, a real-world book of practical tips for successful in-house lawyers, law firm lawyers, and law students.

David graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He has advised many startup and innovative companies at various stages, including as a BigLaw lawyer and in full-time roles at three startups and three international public companies.

David has written two books on legal careers and skills, and he is a frequent speaker and coach at companies, law firms, and law schools. He is a founding expert advisor on hubble.
