Catherine Young is an author, trainer, clinical supervisor, and child and family therapist. She has provided therapy to children and families for over 25 years and also supported other therapists in their work with children and families. Through her years of experience, she developed a new, practical therapy model for helping the most challenging children and their families: Multi-Modal Attachment Therapy (M-MAT).
