Sue Quinones was born in Cleveland, Ohio, where she graduated from Cooper School of Art, the Cleveland Institute of Art, and Case Western Reserve University. Sue's Visual Art and Educational Curriculum background enabled her to teach kindergarten through the college level during her art career.

On a personal note, Sue and her husband have four children, two biological and two adopted. The youngest adopted daughter has several supernatural gifts from God, which are the basis of her new book, ANGELBABY. Sue has spent the last twenty years documenting her daughter's miraculous gifts from God, describing their paranormal experiences.
